Two Brief Reminders:Thanks for participating in our fund-raiser. Remember Wednesday is the final day to turn in order forms and money. 6th grade parents wishing to purchase a Mindset book please submit your order form and money by Friday, September 19th.Thanks for listening.September 14, 2014Good Evening this is Cindy Kremer calling from Leesville Middle with the reminders for the week. The PTA will be collecting fund-raiser orders and money on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings in the hallway at the bottom of the front stairway. Students please drop your orders and money off on your way to homeroom. The PTA will also be selling spirit wear at lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On Monday we will have a pep rally at the end of the school day. On Wednesday we will we will have our first football game at Heritage. On Thursday the volleyball and soccer teams will host Heritage. Games begin at 4:00. Finally, car-poolers we need your assistance. Several families have been parking in the staff parking lot to pick up their students instead of waiting in the car rider line. There is limited supervision and this is creating a safety concern. Currently the car rider line takes between 15 and 20 minutes each day. I understand that some of you have additional students to pick up at other schools and are on very tight schedules. If you are not on a tight schedule and could adjust your arrival time a few minutes later it may make it easier to those with tight schedules to get in line first. Students please do you part by watching for your parents and being prepared to get in the car as soon as your parents arrive. Parents, remember safety is important to all if us. We appreciate your patience and we will continue to work to ensure our car rider line is as efficient and safe, as possible. Remember, join the Yahoo group and you can receive all messages in an email. Thanks for listening. Have a terrific week!
